front bumper question

i have purchased a 2013 rubicon and i want to change the front bumper to a Rock Slide with a Warn winch. My question is will this affect the handling of the jeep as the bumper weighs 150 lbs which is much heavier than the bumper that comes as standard equipment

I would say not because your shocks should take up the little bit of difference

The stock bumper weights maybe 20 lbs.

Have a 130 lb person sit on the nose of your current bumper, and that will give you an indication of the nose drop you can expect. It'll be worse during hard braking.

I would expect to want to change the coils after adding a 150 lb bumper.

Strap 110lbs of weight to the front bumper and drive it. "sand bags" measure height before and after and see if the difference is an issue. Check your front springs and see what rate they are by the tag. Rubi two doors will most likely end with a 14. Four doors are about a 17. Either way you can go up to a 19 spring to compensate. The MW3's don't seem to run longer springs and that bumper setup and plates are about 130lbs. So you will probably be fine.
