IE California newbi

Hello fellow Jeepers,
I just wanted to stop in here and say hi. I am new to the wrangler world and also to California. Just moved to San Bernardino not to long ago. Looking forward to explore some of the trails in the area. Also, would be great to meet up with some more experienced jeepers that know there way around. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Welcome to the Disease. I'm in Riverside. Just keep checking the threads, someone's always posting a run.

Welcome! :wavey:
Plenty of runs happening here like Rob said. We all have the disease.
Check out the Calico event March 22-24.

Welcome! Perfect timing! Come on out to the big M&G at Calico next month. That'd be a perfect time for you to meet a bunch of the outstanding folks we've got here, check out lots of other Jeeps and learn some of the things you can do with yours. Jeff's got a great moderate run laid out, perfect for newbies to learn what their Jeep can do without getting in over your head. If you can't make that trip, just keep an eye out here. Someone's always got something going on. Just make sure they know you're a newbie, and they'll take care of you.

Welcome to the IE and the world of Jeep!

Plenty of trails, and some of the best right in those mountains you see every day. Look forward to Wheelin with you.

Yes, riding is great. Offroad or MX? If MX, check my site out at proride.com.

But now I have the Jeep bug, and it's a blast. Cleghorn rd is pretty good and not far from you. North on 215 to 15 and another few miles and you are there.

Just an FYI: there is a rather large event Next weekend March 1st, 2, 3rd in the ocotillo wells SVRA area..check out Tierra Del Sol - Four Wheel Drive Club of San Diego i have only been to one of these events but my dad has been going for i think 10 years or so now. this event is the 51st annual Desert safari, if you register for the main run you get entered into a raffle plus there is bucket raffles for other goodies, last year they raffled off over 165,000 worth of prizes.
