vibration in drivetrain
 
i just put 4in lift in my 2000 jeep wrangler and put in the lowering spacer for t-case any ideas on how else to get ride of vibration ?

Stock Driveline? Stock pinion angle?

Start with new u-joints. If that doesnt fix it get a magnetic angle finder like this Johnson Magnetic Angle Locator 700 at The Home Depot
Pull your driveshaft and use this on both you t-case and diff yokes. You angle on each should be the same, you may need to raise or lower t-case, or get adjustable suspension arms to get the angles the same.

How much did you lower your transfer case? The vibes resulting in a 4" suspension lift is usually not resolved with a transfer case drop. Considering the budget approach, you could try to realign your pinion angle (if you are running the stock drive shaft, your pinion should be parallel to the transfer case output shaft) with a motor mount lift (MML). A MML combined with the drop may resolve your vibes.

However, because of the lift height, I think you will have to install a SYE kit and rear DC/CV drive shaft. Depending on what you have on your current aftermarket lift, you may also need rear adjustable control arms (upper & lowers), a rear track bar relocation bracket and perhaps an adjustable rear track bar.

The above components in relation to one another are necessary to adjust your pinion angle (to eliminate the vibes) and center your axles.

Lastly, did you align your steering after the lift?

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing as Island TJ, but I've had some other stuff going on lately. First off, what kind of lift/brand name is it? To me, the driveline vibration would benefit from adjustable control arms to help change the pinion angle (assuming the angle is off). The bummer with this is that your lift kit probably gave you new control arms, and they are probably not adjustable. Ergo, you need to get new control arms to fix your new control arms. If they are adjustable, that's fantastic, just adjust em' and you will be back in action. The same is true for the trackbar as stated before. You may be able to use the existing trackbar, but it may not be an ideal match made in heaven.

Next, the SYE will be of benefit to you, that's why they are so popular. It will give you a little more length to help the angle level out. But you may or may not need a new rear driveshaft.

Neither of these problems are a "cheap fix" I am afraid, but they also aren't super expensive problems to fix either. You may only need to do one or the other. Sadly, this is one of the problems with the more economical lift kits. They have your money, and you have their engineering problem(s) bolted to your Jeep. Since all the stuff is now bolted on, it's too much of a pain or too expensive to take it off and ship it back, and once you pay for all the parts to make it all work, you end up paying as much money as some of the more premium lift kits.
