2013 JK Service Manual?!?!?

I've been looking all over the net today and I cant find a service manual. The dealer doesn't have them ether(at least not for sale).

Everything I have found is for other other years. Anyone able to help me out?

At the moment I'm just looking for the torque specs for the oil filter and drain. Searching for that has brought up different answers, so I wanted to read it for myself.

Thanks.

I did read that thread, and it was different then other values I've seen posted. So not knowing who to believe I was hopping to just pick up a service manual.

...and the guy who posted the values in that thread has a signature that reads "I am usually wrong, sometimes maybe right". LOL

Get your VIN and try this to download a service manual. I do not know mine or I would have tested for you.

At the bottom search, service manuals are listed with the VIN input. I since got my VIN for my 2013 and tried it, but it did not pull up.

I just looked on Ebay and they have several service manuals for the wrangler but I didn't see any for a 13. Some were pretty pricey. 2008 Factory service manual was like $200. Some were factory and some were Chiltons. They had pretty much all years 2011 and earlier.:banghead:

If the 200 dollar service manuals are anything like the ones for Ford, they are worth it. I got a set for my Mustang. It was about 4 books, one for engine, one for trans, one for interior and one with subsytems/addendum.

I forget the company that made them, and gave them to the guy that bought the car. Chilton and Haynes were garbage compared to them.

Just looked it up... The manuals were CAR. Not sure if that is a Ford specific thing or not.

Up to 2009 you can get it. For 10 and above you have to pay/subscribe in order to get it.
