I have personally spoken with one of the owners of the land that is west of 360, south of Trinity Blvd. 2300 acres, including the golf course and all undeveloped land on the east side of Collins. 100% of it is NO TRESSPASSING, marked with signs and purple paint (read TX Penal Code section 30.05). He has a few access points with gates the people routinely destroy to get in. He lives only a few minutes away, has armed guards at times roaming the property, and does carry guns himself.
I wont name him, but he told me just 6 days ago, it is NO TRESSPASSING to all people unless working for the owners.
That said, stay east of 360. There is one point of entry that does NOT have any no trespassing notices, only no dumping. It IS possible to get in there.
