Sub/ Amp / Stero Questions

Ok so i just recently installed a system.

I Used -
Rockford fosgate capacitor
2 RE audio Sex12d4 12' 600 watt
Lanzar VCT2210 2000 watt amp

The system bumps pretty good.. i just wish i could set it to just what i like but i cant seem to find the happy dail.. lol

Ok heres my questions and concerns - Sorry for info being all scattered im just all flustered now - LOL

I installed my system - i orginally purchased a slanted box so it could fit behind my back seat and still close the gate. The box would have fit perfectly.. except the subs were to big for the box .. (length) like they wouldnt close up to the box so i could screw them in. so my friend had a spare big box that i could use just for time being so i could listen to my system. Therefore i have my back seat flipped up.. i am wondering if anyone knows any boxes that are slanted and would fit these subs?

Also I did not replace my head unit and i had to run a RCA adapater to my speakers in m sound bar. I was wondering if i had a RCA plugin spot on my stock head unit so that i could get rid of this adapter? ? (its tucked up in my sound bar but rattles very annoying)

If none of this works out i guess i will end up replacing my head unit and looking for a small sub that will fit in the back so i could have my back seat back..
Thanks for all the info and for reading my very unorganized post -
Brent

The stock HU does not have RCA outs. And you'll be hard pressed to find a box to fit two twelves in the back with the seat in. Two shallow mounts would work but that's about it unless you find a down firing box to fit them with enough air space.

would you recommend switching out the stock HU for a aftermarket one? And if im looking to go buy more crap to make a system fit in the back so i can have my back seat, what would you recommend?

Aftermarket stereo would be recommended, but you can also install the adapter behind behind the stereo if it isn't factory amplified. If it's a JK with the Infinity or Alpine system, you can install it under the driver's dash right after the factory amp.

Im just so lost lol - All this is so very new to me, this is my first vehicle and i just wanted to have a nice system. Now i dumped hundreds of dollars into something that wont even be able to stay for long..

If you go to a good audio shop, you can have a box custom made.

Don't fret! There are ways to make it work. I would recommend switching to an aftermarket HU. It will give you preouts as well as amplify the other speakers. As for the subs, go to a car audio shop and get a quote for a box that would fit in the back. It probably wont be cheap and you would lose your cargo space, but it will pound.

I've always had good luck with Alpine head units... I'm pulling 2 JL Audio amps with 2 boxed W3's out of my trade-in and I'm wondering if I should do anything in my new JKU (base system) or just sell the stuff off. Not sure I want to add too much stuff when I install the soft top in summer, would be too easy for thieves.

thats how i was thinking about my soft top but im giving it a shot i am working on bolting it all down too.
