WTB lightly used JK rubicon shocks

Looking for a full set of take off shocks from a recent model JK or JKU rubicon to replace my Sport shocks. Looking for a set with 20,000 miles or less. Will pay $100 plus shipping. Can send the money via Paypal. I will want to see a picture if possible. Thanks!

I have a set off of a 13 sport with less than 7000 miles on them.

having trouble deciphering your post, do they have to be off a rubicon? I wasnt aware they were different

Farnham21 03-07-2013 12:35 PM

Ya they are red and a little stiffer/better shocks

vgerardi 03-07-2013 12:55 PM

Yep, just what Farnham21 said. I have a '13 Sport so those would be the same shocks I am already running.

If you can come up with the extra cash hold out for the Bilstein HD 0" lift JK replacement shocks for just under $300 delivered from allshocks.com / Turner Motorsports.

Ran them on my 09 Sahara with 19/60 springs and it was great set-up for a daily driver. Traded up to a 12 Sahara in January and just ordered the same set-up for her. Cant wait cause the stock shocks are garbage.

Good luck with whatever you end up running on yours :D

Old man emu also makes a 0-2" lift
Shock that is real high quality too

I do like the Bilsteins. My last Jeep was a JKUR and I put the AEV 2.5" kit with the Bilsteins. Loved the ride. I would like to get the same kit for my JK, I just need to save up. The rubi shocks are an inexpensive way to get rid of the crap shocks that come with the sport while I wait.

I agree, to buy time an excellent inexpensive choice.

Just don't price them new. Yikes!
