Stag Hill

Hey guys whats up.. Was wondering who in here has been to Stag Hill? Is anyone interested in going up there beggining of April? This would be my first off roading experience but i am itching to get on a trail.. Let me know I have a buddy who is a rookie also and we wanna get out on the trails

From what I've read on this forum Stag Hill isn't a legal place to offroad. People do but supposedly you're taking a chance of getting a summons or worse. You would be better off going down to Wharton.

Stag is very illegal and also not the best place for a first timer

Alright this sucks I wanna get dirty and go through water

After all the rain and snow we've had lately Wharton will be good and wet.
NJ TP exit 7 to 206 South, the Ranger station(Batsto) will be on your left after about 25 miles.
Some of the puddles are a lot deeper that they look. Use caution....

Hey guys so i went to stag my friend got stuck in mud and we got stuck getting out the path we came in on.. We were in there for 10hrs i def dont recommend stag for people with stock rigs lol.. I learned the hard way you guys were def right and I thank you for warning me against it.. Wharton it is when i decide to go off roading again.. i might eventually just buy and older jeep and hook it up with all the right stuff to go off roading

or just buy one that already has everything on it that you're looking for. almost guaranteed to find them bone stock or hooked up for the same price
