are there trails past the m casino?

A few people have told me that there are trails off of s. las vegas blvd once u go past the m casino. Has anyone been out there? If so how many miles past the M are they? I'd like to check them out. Thanks

There are a bunch down by the quarry. Take lvblvd south for a pretty good distance...maybe 5 miles or so and turn down the gravel road where the quarry is. Many call it hubcap alley. Be aware of the trails though as a lot of long distance shooters are out there. One of the groups I am in shoots over a mile there. They bounce from that spot to the one out by apex in the North/northeast. It isn't dangerous just have to be aware and not drive between the mountains and parked vehicles. The trails used to go though to...95 I think it is on other side. But there is only 1 or two that do and not sure if they are still open. One spits you out on dry lake bed near boulder city, just south of it.

Check out jean dry lake bed. It is a good place to find a little mud after some good rain and there are a few trails to explore the surrounding desert. McCullough pass is south east of the lake and will take you over the mountains towards eldorado dry lake and the 95.

*** If you want boulders and dry waterfalls Devils Peak is great. Take LV Blvd. South towards Jean. You pass the Jean Airport and LV Blvd ends. Turn right and go underneath the 15 freeway in the tunnel and follow the trail all the way to the mountains. That is where Devils Peak starts. I will post some pics when I get to work today.
