Bout 4 months ago I put 4 Michelin 31X 10.5 on my 05 Wrangler.I just bought an Energy Suspension leveling kit to even out the suspension. Will I need to realign after I put the kit in?

Changing the suspension lift height changes the toe-in due to the inverted-Y steering system. So yep, I would check/adjust the toe-in once the leveling kit on, which is a very easy non-technical procedure. You won't need to do a full front-end alignment, just the toe-in which is nothing more than rotating the tie rod until the front of the tires are 1/16" to 1/8" closer together than they are in the rear.

Here's how... Basic Jeep Front End Alignment

Done with a modicum of care, your toe-in adjustment result will be every bit as accurate as what the most advanced alignment rack can produce. That may be hard to believe but it's true.

Measuring between the tires with a tape measure as the above website explains works... but the enhanced way of measuring between the tires shown below gives a faster & more repeatable measurement. Just buy two lengths of 1" square aluminum tubing from the hardware store, mark them at points equal to your tire diameter, and clamp them to the rotors as shown.

the alignment on a Jeep is the easiest little bit of money saving time you can spend, it's a very easy job to do, Jerry has an excellent write up right there, google it for more info or to get more in depth check out Stu Olsen's web site for lots of mods, tips and tricks.
