First real off-road trip

I made my first real off-road trip with the Jeep today. I went from Mayer, Arizona to Cleator (and back). There is just an unbelievable expanse of land in the Bradshaw Mountains that opens up on the trail with a great view of the desert and the pasture. Also saw my first roadrunner today, but was kind of disappointed that there weren't any Acme products in sight. I get the feeling the Warner Brothers lied to me as a kid.

You'll see roadrunners all the time :-) We saw the big horned sheep in Box Canyon near Florence a couple weeks ago on top of the canyon walls. Very cool.

That's awesome.

I used to live in Mayer, graduated High School there. (A long time ago!) I loved it. The trip from Mayer to Crown King was always fun. There was a ton of places to off-road. Wow, I miss it.

The 10a's are now in production so perhaps soon there will be some Anvil Jeeps out there for the roadrunners!

I saw a couple road runners while visiting family a few years ago and not one of the went meep meep.
