Leaking axle seals?

I was under the jeep and took some pictures of my axle seals front and rear (I believe). Are these hard to replace?

Pinion seal, not too hard, cheap, plenty of diy websites to show you how. I did my diff fluid at same time.

not hard to replace , need a 1 1/8" socket, mark the nut where it is tightened to, remove nut and yoke, pop seal, put new ones in and tighten nut to marks

Not too bad. Easier with an impact wrench.

So I dont need any special tool to seat the seal?

I'm curious, why do you need to mark the nut where it is tightened to?

Nope, I tapped mine in with a hammer very carefully, very simple.

FYI, the yoke nut is supposed to be one time use only. I added some blue loctite when reinstalling mine.
Torque it to 180 ft.lbs
