Can you figure backspacing by Offset

looking at the tuff at T03 wheel. Its 16 x 8 and the offset is -13, is there a way to figure out what the backspacing would be?

Here's a pretty simple equation you can use to convert offset to backspace:

Take offset, divide by 25.4, then add the overall rim width (rim width +1, usually) divided by 2

so: 16x8 with -13 mm offset
-13mm / 25.4 = -.512" + (((8"+1")/2)= 4.5") = 3.98" BS
