whats it worth?
hi, im kinda new to this but, i have a 90 yj with 150k miles.... trying to sell because i have inherited a 97 and since it was my brothers, i will never sell it, and i cant afford both. i have upgraded lots of things.... headlight conversion, led taillights, rims, white dash, posi-locker, rear bumper...ect. there are flaws, like the passenger door wont open, and the passenger side frame in the rear has been boxed in, but the drivers side still needs done. im just trying to figure out what kind of tag i should have on it...i have 3500 on it now and not had too many bites. just curious if im overpriced, thanks in advanced, Dave

I think 3500 seems about right. What engine is in it? Trans?

lol out here in california i'd see your jeep selling for 4.5k easy... they are way over priced out here.

I guess it really depends on what someone wants to pay, if someone who never bought a jeep before is buying it then they would probably pay up to 4500, but I wouldn't pay more than 3000$ just because I know I would be able to find one cheaper around here.

I had a 93 4.0l with Auto trans and hardtop on CL for 3 months at $1600 and never got a single person to even come look at it. It had 140K on it and it was ALOT rougher than yours......
I ended up trading it for parts to a kid in MI......

I'd think you could get $3k for that easy ... though my neighbor parted out his 93 2.5 last month and made almost $5k. Took 2 days off from work and basically did a big craigslist ad, pulling parts as people came and by the end of the second day, had it all broken down. I think 90% of it was spoken for or sold after about 8 hrs. He still has the steering wheel and column, plus some nuts and bolts. They are going up on eBay. He's at a few bucks under $5k and will top that when he sells the steering parts on eBay. Pretty crazy. Had no bites on his Jeep at $3500 either.
