I went the same route with spacers as well as changing out the 15/59 springs to run 18/59 and rubi shocks. I like the look a lot.

Went with spacers. Installed Rubi springs at the same time & ended up getting a little over 3" of lift in the front. Running stock wheels & rires, but think it still looks pretty good.

Can't say that I have. I don't pay real close attention to it, but I have averaged 18 to 19 MPG since I got it in October. I do a pretty good mix of highway & city driving.

You must baby that thing if you get 19mpg. Is it the 3.6 or 3.8?

I'm running a stock '08 with 33x11.50's and I'm lucky to get 15.5hwy. It normally sits around 13.7.

It has the 3.8. It doesn't have enough power to run if hard.

I took it on a 10 hour road trip a couple months ago & got nearly 21.

I'm getting ready to dump a new bumper and winch on the front of my 2012 Rubi Unlimited, which I did think to buy with the very heaviest springs that Chrysler sold.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has used the Teraflex setup with this much weight up front. I'm guessing I'd have to forgo the rear springs to get a level Jeep.

Looks very nice. I swore I wasn't getting into lifts but after research I decided on the TF leveling kit. It'll be on soon. Glad to see the results are very positive.

In your case, I would look at the performance leveling kit that has springs instead of spacers.

I agree.

I don't usually recommend the performance kit, since you can get a full-blown 2.5" spring lift for a few hundred $'s more, but in your case it I think you'd benefit from it.

I've been bouncing back and forth between the TF leveling (spacers) and the TF performance (coils) myself. Would using Rubi springs and spacers as the OP did acheive the same thing since take offs are about $100 or less. Can the stock Sport shocks be used as well and other parts needed to just go with spacers and Rubi springs?

I am planning on going with the Teraflex leveling kit for my '11 Rubicon. Do I need wheel spacers to run stock wheels and tires? Not ready to get new wheels and tires yet, just unsure about the need for spacers.

If you are doing the spaced lift, you shouldn't need wheel spaces. I am running stock wheels with zero issues.

That's good to hear! I currently get just over 19 mpg (90% highway driving) and have plans to install the TF leveling kit.

I have heard people saying after they installed the teraflex leveling kit, ride quality improves. Can someon elaborate on this?

I think you may be referring to the Teraflex Performance Leveling kit. Since the performance leveling kit replaces your stock springs, it may improve handling.

If you install the regular Teraflex leveling kit(spring spacers) you will see no difference in handling.

I wouldn't say it "improves" it, but it does ride different. I would say it rides a little stiffer. I do like the stiffer ride.

^a lil stiffer can be much much better as opposed to the stock setup. thanks

I have the leveling kit. I wouldn't say it rides stiffer.

Keep in mind I also upgraded to stiffer rubi springs.
