Recent Tri-State area new Jeep dealership experiences?

The company that I work for is Chrysler affiliate so I qualify for 1% below invoice pricing. As soon as I mention this no one wants to give me book value for my almost mint trade in.

I'm getting extremely frustrated... lol.

Best thing to do is get the whole deal set up with the trade quote and the quote on the new one then spring for the Chrysler affiliate. Don't get upset when they don't give you a full tank of gas, or free oil changes, or free slush mats tho. Your savings will be more worth it

Yeah that's the route I'm trying to go. I'm trading in a 2010 Grand Cherokee SRT-8, maybe they don't feel like dealing with the car? I don't know.

I've actually gone as far as thinking about calling Chrysler corporate. Where's the loyalty?
