Hard top roof rack

Anyone mounted a roof rack on their hardtop? I want to put a rack on mine to add more carry room. Any help or advise would be awesome

Warrior Safari Sport Rack, One Piece Basket
Semi-permanent is the way to go.

Ok that looks like what I'm interested in but that is pricy. Are there any cheaper options?

I'll sell you my roof rack and throw in the hard top for free :D

Seriously, I'm not trying to turn this into a for sale post...you can see in the pictures what a PO did. It's actually very secure with just four bolts. I personally wouldn't use it for anything heavy like an ice chest, but sleeping bags, other light weight items, etc, would be fine.

Nothing is wrong with it. It's extremely secure.

But I wouldn't put 200 lbs up there and go bouncing down a rough trail :nonono:

It just seems like a good way to crack the fiberglass or worse. YMMV! :whistling:
