2012 rims on 2006

Does anyone for sure if the 2012 stock 17" rims will fit on a 2006?

No there is a different bolt pattern between TJs (1996-2006) and JKs (2007-present)

Actually it's a Cherokee not a TJ

You will need to run a Wheel Adapter to fit the 2012 wheels on the 2006. the bolt pattern chaged form the XJ to the JK. The XJ bolt pattern is a 5x4.5" and the JK is a 5x5".

Other than the bolt pattern, you can run the adapters and will be just fine to run the wheels.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions!

Darkfire,

Yes, the XJ is the model designation for the standard Cherokee. The XJ and the TJ/YJ had the same bolt pattern.

Hope this helps!
