Your christmas lights this year.

My wife has been bug'in me about putting up christmas lights. But I've been lackadaisical and haven't done it yet.

So in the holiday time lets see how ya'll have your house lit up. :punk:

its hard to take pics of christmas lights, really you need a tri pod or its all blurry. but about my lights, i hate doing them. my family bugs me to do them. so we had nicer weather thanksgiving weekend, so i decide to go and do it. about half of my light strands, would only light up half way. i tried fuses, connections, bulbs, everything. that junk only lasts a couple years and you gotta buy more. that adds up. then i went to buy those ice cicle lights, and in 3 trips, i couldn't match the exact ones i already had, so there's 1 strand of different lights.

i hate doing it. but the family loves it.

 I know ALL about the 1/2 strand lights. I put them away last year working fine. Now they dont work. I spent 4 hours, countless clips on icecles, almost fell off the roof a dozen times, and they dont work. They worked on the ground, not on the house. ugggh

^i'm glad i'm not the only one, i hate that. mine all worked last year to. at least mine were half strands on the ground, so i could just get po'd and chuck them after trying to make them work for half an hour.
