My shock bracket on my rear left is rusting away and I don't have any ideas on where to begin. Anybody had this issue? Appreciate any input

Well first off that wouldn't be your shocks, that'd be your coil springs, but that's okay. Those would be hard to find stock but here is a link to some for a relocation that should work just fine: Poly Performance JEEP/TRUCK & BUGGY*::*Suspension*::*Suspension & Lift Kits*::*Jeep Suspension Systems*::*1997-2006 Jeep TJ/LJ Wrangler Suspension Systems*::*Synergy Suspension*::*Synergy Suspension Jeep TJ/LJ Stretch Coil Spring Brackets - 4X4 Off-R
Chance are as a heads up the inside of your frame is rusted like that too so you may want to clean it out and get some eastwood internal frame coating.
