Well as far as time, it took me about a week or two, however I am back in school so, I have more time than I used to. Money wise, it was not that expensive. If you use plasti dip to paint, I would say all n all 1,000 with everything including light bar, lights, CB on the other hand, I started out with a sand beige Sahara which is the exact model they used in the movie. It was much easier that way. If you want to go complete replica you are looking at the 5k/10k range this website should help you out

yea, it can get quite expensive. I'm in 16k on mine, including the jeep. all depends on how show accurate you want to be.

Very friggin cool. My 5 year old son is all about dinosaurs right now, even saw JP in 3D last week, so this will make his day.

Thanks all,
Thats one thing I love about Jeeps, you can turn them into anything you want from Zombie Attack vehicle to a Rock Crawling monster. Furthermore, IMHO I feel it's the classic style of the Jeep that makes it so you can run wild with your imagination and creativity.
