Metalcloak front, 33"s, 03 rubicon, backside mods?

Ok, so I've been tossing around mod options. I was going to do a 4" lift to fit the 33s. Thinking on it, I realized, due to rusting, I also need to replace my front fenders. I've been wanting to go with Metalcloak. Then I remembered their ad says you can run up to 35s on stock suspension. My question is, if I go with MCs front fenders, will the rear need any mods to fit the 33s? Also, since its a Rubicon, will my axles and other components be ok with this size tire? Keep in mind, this Jeep sees no of- roading. I deal mainly with New England winters in the Berkshires. This one is the daily driver.

Well im pretty sure front susp is gonna be ok.

But rear i think i they will rub under full flex. So consider some minor triming and 2-3 inch of bump stops

Mods

Really depends on the Jeep model your pic looked like a TJ, here is what I do know. TJ's 4" lift will house 35s with no rub if you are staying on road and groomed trails that do not flex the suspension. My TJ was running the Rubicon Express 4.5" longarm w/ 3 link rear 1" body lift and 315/75 R 16's (35" tires) and had now rub on the stock fender flares under full flex.

If you ride is a JK I have heard from the dealership that u need a minimum of 2" lift to put on 35s and have no rub for road and groomed trails.

Your biggest concern will be use even if it is a daily driver do the research as if you are going to take it off road or know that you cannot, my friend made that mistake had 35s on a complete fram of resto/build of a CJ8 and his first time off roading damn near ripped his front fender flare (steel) clean off. Check out my Garage I have pics of my old TJ running a 4" Skayjacker short arm w/ the 1' body and 35" Procomps under moderate flex.

I hope this helps

BTW I am looking at Metal Cloak for my new Rubicon JK the 3.5" Game Changer, and know that I will need their fenders to run 35s unless I use all 4 inches of bump stop.

The rear fender is easy to cut, at most you could trim the fender an inch and raise the flare.
