Rattling Under passenger side floor

Hi. It never ends!!!! But I love it. So here's the deal. I have been hearing a rattling noise coming from underneath my passenger side floor . I looked under and visually inspected the exhaust connections but I couldn't see anything hanging loose. I have a skid pate guarding my jeeps underside so I am kinda wondering if something jarred loose above the skid plate which I wouldn't be able to see without removing the skid plate. I really notice the noise when I am stopped and idling at a drive thru or when I am at a stop then let off the clutch slowly it starts to make the rattling... Then it goes away. For the record I don't off road with this ride so I havent bottomed out. Any ideas ?????

Cat converter....the baffles inside may be busting apart and rattle at certain rpms.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Before I google it and YouTube catalytic converter repairs...... Is it an easy fix???

Fix? No. Easy swap? Should be.

Either you take the existing cat off and finish gutting out the inside and put back on (will not pass emissions), or take off bad cat and replace with new. There is no "repairing" of a bad cat that I'm aware of.

I just banged on the muffler and I could hear a bunch of stuff shaking around inside of the actual muffler.
