Front and Rear lower control Arm Length???

Okay, so I have a 2004 TJ with a 4 inch lift from skyjacker, I bought the Jeep with the lift on there but the front and rear lower control arms are adjustable and they are clearly not adjusted to the right length, what I would like to know is how long should they be with a 4 inch lift from bolt center to bolt center

What makes you think they aren't adjusted to the right length?

adjust them such that the axle is centered at full bump, with the proper pinion angle for the type of driveshafts you have and the desired caster for your tire size & preferences.

What is your reference and reason for saying they are not adjusted right?

my reason for saying so is becasue the control arms are as short as they can be, the rear springs are bowing outward and in the rear the tire is alot closer to the fender in the front than in the back

Do you have a transfer drop kit on it? Any driveline vibes?

but what does it look like at full bump with the springs removed?

I am just finishing up a Currie 4 in lift. The ca's came from currie preset for the 4 in lift, and were basically the same length as the stocks I took off. The instructions came with measurements that I double checked.
