Go to a local auto trim shop/upholsterer. They can obtain aftermarket covers made by some of the same manufacturers that do them for the factory. You can get them much cheaper than over the counter at Jeep's parts department. You can also get much better quality leather than factory if your willing to pay the upcharge, and it's still cheaper than Mopar.
My good buddy for the past 30years runs an auto trim shop here in town and has been offering this for years.

I had the dealer add the katzkin leather to my Sport S before I took delivery. It looks and feels nicer than the leather Sahara that I drove for a few days while I waited on mine to get done. I also got to pick the colors I wanted for the leather and stitching. Love it!
