rugged ridge xhd bumper and smittybilt winch

Finally got around to posting some pics of the rugged ridge xhd bumper/ with smittybilt winch. Overall installation was straight forward there is not alot of space in the bumper for that winch. It fit but something much bigger and i think there might be some issues. The other pic is my led backup lights that are switched. The shelf I made out of a trifold pickup tonneau cover that actually lifts on a hinge behind the seat. Took a bit of fabricating but worked out very well in the end..

Looks great. Was the installation hard? How about hooking up the fogs?

Thanks joeg679. Install would have been easier with another set of hands for sure, but I just took my time and made sure it was all lined up. Fogs are factory just alittle fitment issues, it didnt cause any problems, you just wanna take your time fitting them.

Where'd you get yours from? I was thinking about getting that, but without the winch and with the stubby end caps.

Quadratec and they price matched a different vendors price. I ordered the winch too from there.

I love my rugged ridge bumper. I ended up keeping it as the stubby bumper but instead of paying the 125 or so for the end caps I got a couple plates of steel, made a template and welded them on for a pretty clean look.

Looks good. That bumper is on my short list when the time comes.

sorry pbujkurdu it took and extra day, i dont know if there what your looking for but here ya go. Basically its an old tri fold bed tonneau that i cut down to fit the back of our jeeps. It uses the factory hinge thats incorporated into it i just cut down and bolted it to the inside of the fenderwell. when i fold it up a bungie stretched from roll bar to roll bar holds it up, it probably only weights 6 pounds but holds my two kids playing in the back and between them they're like 50 pounds. the first pic shows the hinge and where i bolted it to the well. That little riveted tab is the only thing that holds it up other than the hinge. And its just covered with those foam interlocking floor tiles from lowes.
