I replaced my old steel bushings with the Delrin bushings. Drivers side works great, passenger side door shuts hard. It is sitting slightly higher causing the bottom door latch to hit the bottom of the metal loop mounted to the tub.
I would hate to drive the bushings back out as I do not want to damage them. Instructions with the bushings say not to use a hammer to drive them in further.
I am talking about a very small amount they need to move down.

File the bushings or the socket the bushings go in?

Magnitude Engineering sells the tool to remove and install those bushings. I have one if you would like to borrow.

Unbolt the door hinges, realign the door, and re-bolt the hinges is the correct way to do it, I believe.

Adjust the striker loop. Loosen the bolts a little and tap it up with a small hammer. Hit the mounting plate NOT the loop.
