Lift Install Questions

After a lot of thought I decided to go with a 2" Zone lift, main reason is that the YJ came with almost new 31" Pro Comps and new wheels, had the TC lowered and also had the sway bar disconnects. With the Zone I did not have to buy these. I am putting the Zone shackles, no extra lift. I want to tow this behind a motor home and do not want to lift it too much as to keep the tow bar arrangement as simple and level as possible.

Questions are: 1. should I remove the track bars, front and rear?

2: should I use the shims as it already has the TC lowered?

Thanks for any advice.

Short answer yes and yes!

If you are doing any offroading, I would use the shims and remove the TC drop. If you get vibes, you can always re-install the TC drop.

+1. T-case drop isn't really a good fix for vibes anyway, since it kind of just covers up the problem and decreases ground clearance. I would just use the shims.
