Sliders? Possibly N-fab, Questions

Just bought a 2013 jkur and am worried the rock rails won't cut it. I am worried because they don't mount to the frame. There doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there and even less information on how they mount.

Any suggestions? I have hear Ace makes a good product, but the forum seems to have several issues with delays.

I really like n-fab. Mainly because its what was on my FJ and they held up well. I also have the accessory steps that go with them. Anyone on here running these or could at least tell ( or show) how they mount?

If you read your manual..... it says the 'side steps' should be removed prior to going off road.

I was a little surprised by that....

Edit: Found it:

OFF-ROAD DRIVING TIPS
Side Step Removal – If Equipped
NOTE: Prior to off-road usage, the side steps should be removed to prevent damage.
1. Remove the two nuts from the bodyside.
2. Remove one bolt from the underside of the vehicle.
3. Remove the side step assembly.

Thank you, but I know how the accessory steps are removed. I have been doing this twice a month when I took the FJ offroad. On the FJs the sliders bolt directly to the frame. I have learned that this is not the case with all sliders for jeeps. That what I woul like to know, the actual mounting points for the rails themselves.

Any help is appreciated though.

Highly recommend Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers. I picked up my PS Rocker Knockers last week. These things are solid and top quality like you would expect from PS. These fit tight up to the rockers, they dont hang down like others...

Dropped them off at the powder coater. Should be done this week..

The reason I am pro N-Fab is for the accessory steps. I am short and my wife is even shorter. A 3" lift and 35s are going to make it rough to get into.

If you get a chance snap a picture of how they mount up. I do like the looks and design.

Check out the RSE retractable rock sliders. There are several videos on Youtube showing the sliders, but couldn't figure out how to attach the video's. Might be an option for you..
