4x6 Dash Speaker Replacement

Does anyone have any advise on replacing the the dash speakers. They are a bear to get to. I have a 1995 Wrangler YJ. I have only had it about 1 month. I bought Polk Audio Dxi 4x6 for the front since crutchfield and Best Buy says they are the correct fit.

The drivers side looks next t impossible and I scratched the speaker for the passenger side to death trying to reach under the dash to put it into place.

I was wondering what is the best way to get these thing in.

I just sent him a PM. Hopefully he has some words of wisdom for me.
Thanks!

Take your speedo cluster out. It will help you reach the top nuts on the driver side speaker. A little. There's nothing easy about any of them but it does help a little. Just take your time and have some cold beer handy. Also you can loosen the torx bolts around the speakers and pull the dash about an inch and it'll give your hand a little more room.

I did exactly that. I was able to get it done!
Thanks for your help.
