Just tell me know anything you feel about, think of, or makes you wanna ask about, while looking at this picture..

Let it be the photograph skill, the context, location where it was taken..

anything, don't restrain your thoughts... but simply "it's a cool/ boring pic", wihtout any elaboration is simply meanlingless..

thanks yall. All copyright reserved..

Senior Chief 05-26-2013 09:54 AM

I'm wondering where it was taken ...

Steveo33186 05-26-2013 11:36 AM

Personally I'm left wondering "what's going on" with this image. I think it would be better as part of a photo story. Rather than a stand alone image.

Fishtaker 05-26-2013 02:01 PM

I know I parked right here just a few minutes ago.

kjeeper10 05-26-2013 02:13 PM

It's Bear Grylls getting his bearings :D

CenTexTJ 05-26-2013 02:17 PM

"Awesome. FINALLY no cell phone service."

Wesboy 05-26-2013 06:22 PM

Makes me think of boobs but hey, everything makes me think of boobs.

Billy Baldone 05-26-2013 08:34 PM

I wonder how long til the police find the body at the bottom of the cliff, and if they will think it was an accident.

Fishtaker 05-27-2013 07:28 PM

From a technical standpoint, the horizon in the background needs to be straightened, and the rule of thirds needs to be applied for the rocks. Cropping out some of the rocks on the bottom would make the expansive view more prominent. As it stands now, my eye wants to look at the rock that he/she is standing on, instead of focusing on him/her or the view they are looking at. If you have the photo real estate, I'd place the person a little more to the right as well.

From an editing standpoint, I'd probably open up the shadows just a little bit, turn down the contrast, and shift the white balance into the warm tones just a tad.

BigManAndy 05-28-2013 01:04 PM

I can see my house from here!

bostiguy 05-28-2013 08:25 PM

All I could think of at first was the man thinking to himself, "how long is it going to take to get to that mountain?"
My next thought is wondering how far and on what type of ground is the photographer standing on?

jimbot 06-03-2013 11:08 AM

The guy needs a cowboy hat and a cigarette. It reminds me of the old Marlborough ads.
