Brand new Rubi shocks for my Sport....yay or nay

For $50 for the set, it's a smoking deal, but what would I gain adding these to my 2012 Sport? I plan on a complete lift in the fall/winter, but in the meantime, these have piqued my interest at this price.

Opinions?

It will feel a lot better on road and off. I did it to my sport and its a very noticeable difference.

I have them on mine jkus. Bigger and ride smoother to me. Left sport springs on haven't swapped them yet.

Not trying to hijack but...Do the Rubi shocks get rid of the "rocking horse" ride???

Binx 05-26-2013 10:24 AM

Yeah they lessen the heavy brake dive

I put Bilstein HD's on my JKU. The ride is nice but I think it might be too harsh for a lot of people, including for my wife's JK. So, I got her take-off Rubicon shocks. It was a completely different ride afterwards. It was the best $50 I could've spent on her jeep.

Good deal! Thanks for everyone's opinions, I'll be picking them up next week as he's a couple hours away from me.
