Dual USB on a Pioneer?

I'm looking for a Pioneer unit with a front and rear USB. I've been looking all over google, amazon and Ebay for something and I can't find a straight answer. I've gotta keep it under $100

I think that might be a tall order. You'll have to compromise on at least one of those three requirements, I think - brand, price or front and rear USB. I'm not seeing anything in Pioneer's range that has front USB connectivity at all - why do you need front and rear?

I'm installing a radio for my dad in his 04 Dodge 2500. I like to not have the iPod wire coming out of the front port if I don't have too, but I want to have the access to it incase he needs to have something other than an iPod plugged in.

I'm just the broke college kid looking for a good fathers day gift. :)

There's really no need to need to plug in two things as you can only use/access one at a time.

If your intend is to charge one and use the other, you can get a stereo with one USB in the rear and get a USB adapter that goes into the cig lighter. They're very inexpensive.

This is what I do.

Go for one with a wire out of the rear, and run it to the glove box. That's what I've done in my Jeep - I've never seen behind the dash of a Ram, but I'll be very surprised if it isn't a clear and easy drop from the back of the head unit to the glove box. Most vehicles that aren't German make it pretty easy.

Doing it this way keeps the installation clean, and it's more secure if he leaves the iPod in the car while still being easily accessible while he's driving.

Esactly. My Pioneer unit has 2 rear USB and I ran them both to my glovebox. One old school iPod plug for the old iPod and one regular USB end for my USB drive. I plug both in and leave both in the glove box. I can access either one from the HU as I want. If I use my iPhone, I use it through BT.

Can anyone give me a link?

If you're determined to have Pioneer, this is the closest I can get with a couple of minutes on Amazon:

Amazon.com: Pioneer DEH-P7400HD Mobile CD Receiver with HD Radio and MIXTRAX: Automotive

Just have a surf round Amazon looking at Pioneer stereos.
