Just got my 1st Jeep, a 97 Wrangler Sport. She came wearing Rubicon Rims w/ stock tires and a bonus set of 8 X 15 Pacers. Trying to decide between the taller rim, thinner tire, and adding 1" spacers (rubbing just a bit) or going back smaller rims and bigger/wider tires (265/70 R15) Probably still will go with the spacers too.

Here's how she looks now. Any examples of what she would look like if I went the other way?

Those ain't Rubicon rims. Thems JK rims.

Thanks. Still learning.

Thought a Rubicon is a JK.

JK is a Jeep model from 2007- present.

Which also means you are running adapters under those newer rims.

Yes I it does have adaptors. Does that add any stress to the hubs, axels...?

I can't help much right now but in a few days I'm having a set of 265/75/15 thrown on my jeep that a buddy is hooking me up with. I'll post pics once there installed
