Anyone know if a 2 inch spring and shock, old man emu lift for a Tj can fit a jk.

No, the TJ springs won't fit the JK. I have seen people saying that the JK springs can be ran on the TJ with some modification to the spring and perch though. Just not the other way around.

The JK is also heavier than the TJ and requires a more beefy spring to support the Jeep. A 2" TJ spring on a JK would turn out to be lower than stock height.

Yeah that helps alot. This was for planning a budget so I can eventually get a lift for my wife's jk. I was gonna go higher on my Tj later because that will be my trail rig versus being my dd right now. I guess I'll wait for my ome shocks to start wearing out before I lift my Tj.

Well we carry carry a variety of Lift Kits for TJ's and JK's. Like I said, I have seen guys run a stock JK spring on a TJ and get around 3"-4" of lift. I'm not sure how accurate that is but if you do some searching you'll get some threads about it.

So, you could always get a lift for the JK, then use the stock JK springs on the TJ for your increased height. Let me know if you have any questions!
