I've wheeled a BB for a long while. It's a good way to see which direction you want to go. Have fun. I replaced my springs and shocks at the same time and added quick disconnects.

Don't worry about the front, the stock shocks will bottom out and stop you...

speepdaedeesi 01-05-2009 11:54 AM

hmm it didnt come with fronts. i didnt think i needed them, all the 2''-2.25'' bb ive seen only came with rear extensions. if it helps, im running 31x10.50

when i do get shocks, do i get stock size or longer?

Longer, all the way around.

good to know, because i was just going to get some shocks off a buddies newer wrangler, because they arent in the horrible condition mine are in.

so a shock that is 2'' longer i assume.

2" longer will work a lot better, you might want to ask around a little more, you might be better off with 2 1/2" longer or maybe even 3", I'm sure someone will jump in and let you know.

I've got spacers alot smaller than that. I'm sorry I didn't put grease on them, they squeak alot.
