Gears won't go bad unless driving habits or lack of oil create a problem.

3.21 gears just mean less power and acceleration, worse mpgs.

It is your decision if your performance is adequate.

If the seat of your pants tells you that you have enough giddy up then keep what you have. With 35" tires I doubt your seat dyno is going to feel a whole lot different between 3.21 and 3.73 gears.

Mmmm...not sure I agree. You should get better MPG with 3.21s (runs at lower RPMs). Though the difference is pretty minimal either way. But the current gearing shouldn't go bad under normal driving conditions. Especially as a DD.
Like Jadmt said- if the seat of your pants o meter says 3.21s are fine- they're fine.
Now....if you want your power back install 4.56s and drive it like you stole it. (Sorry; couldn't resist). :punk:

i don't have 35's but i do have 285/70/17, and 3.21 on a 4dr. i'm averaging 19-20mpg.

edit: jeepherz beat me to it.
