Bedlining interior

So I know there are a lot of threads on here about this but I don't guess one more would hurt. So here are my questions...
1: how much does it cost to bedline the interior of my TJ?
2: how would I go about doing it right?
3: what is the best bedliner to use?

I'm going to go with the u-pol raptor liner kit. For around $100 you get 4 bottles of bedliner, hardener and a spray gun. You'll need to scuff up the interior and have a air compressor to handle the load.

another option is the Bedrug brand "bedtred" It replaces the carpet and looks like bedliner without being permanent.

So it's like a floormat basically?

I went with Rustoleum and rolled it on. Do not bother with the applicator kit, its garbage. You can get a gallon can at Walmart or Amazon for $60. Get some fine grit sanding sponges and a foam roller kit. I haven't ever painted anything in my life and I was surprised at how easy it as to do.

About how long did everything take? Like a day or two?

My TJ already had the spray liner applied when I bought it. I think it was Rhino brand spray liner. One note of caution on the spray liner: your Jeep will be a lot noisier. My TJ is not my daily driver so I don't mind it for wheeling, but I don't think I would do it for a DD. I use the Bedrug in my F150 bed (with a Leer top) and it was a great investment.

So what brand should I get that works the best that I can just go pick up today or tomorrow? I was thinking about doing it tomorrow since I have a day off.

Just my $.02, I would avoid Rustoleum , Duplicolor, and even Herculiner for bedlining the tub. The first 2 listed will not last and Herculiner is too rough for bare skin and no UV protection. For DIY spray application, I like the U-Pol Raptor and for roll on, I am very pleased with going with Mostaliner. It not too rough, comes in various colors, and durable. Unfortunately, local stores don't carry it, only online through manufacturer or eBay.

I would recommend raptor liner as well. I bought mine off ebay for around $120. I have never sprayed anything before that wasn't in a can and it turned out amazing. Its been well over a year and it still looks as good as the day I sprayed it. Just do a real good prep job and make sure its super clean before you spray it and it wont flake or peel up like a lot of people have happen.
