What's it need guys? Other than a better winch?

Think I'm about to get it powder coated. I have lights that go in holes and d rings.

Fairlead?

I'm gonna have to go with synthetic rope and alum fairlead I think, because roller fairlead is interfering with lights. Also does the fairlead center need to be center with the bottom of my cable roll or centered with center of cable roll?

Center of where it comes off the roll, so if you were doing a straight pull it would have minimal rubbing. I used winchline.com for my synthetic rope.

If you made that it looks great! Good job! And I see no problem with your winch. It looks good. And I like how it's mounted really low.

I had mine bed lined and it has done well. Seems thicker than powder coat.

Thanks! Gonna make a bull bar from side to side rainbowing over the winch. Think I'm gonna use 1 1/2 schedule 40 pipe. Gonna be close between head lights and missing the winch. But I think it'll fit.
Also gonna order some d-rings for the two spots on the face. My bores measure 1", wonder what size drings I should order?

Most bumpers run 3/4" DRings in a 3/4" bore. I suggest ordering 1" and if they don't fit file down the inside a bit til they do. I wouldn't put 3/4" or 7/8" in there because they're to sloppy. My buddies bumper already has the bore enlarging on his smittybilt from the rings flopping around.
