Goodrich 31x10.5 R15LT 109Q All-Terrain Alternatives?

My Wrangler currently has a set of Goodrich 31x10.5 R15LT 109Q Mud-Terrain tires on it, but the tread's getting low. Looking to get a new set of tires, something that can handle the terrain and undeveloped roads, but not necessarily extremes as there really aren't many trails here, this is more of a work vehicle, to and from ranges and the field, etc. Looking for a more cost effective, but reliable and terrain usable tire, maybe with the extra rubber that extends past the rims (what's that called?). Any suggestions from you guys out there?

I had Cooper Discoverer AT/3 31x10.50x15s on my jeep a while back. I loved them. Great in mud, dirt, and sand, very quiet on road, and they last for a while. They are probably my favorite all-terrain tire.

Dick Cepek Fun Country 2s. More aggressive than an AT, but not a full MT.
