Bad pinion bearing
I have a bad pinion bearing that's growling in my '95. Is there any fluid I can use to help keep it alive a while longer and quiet it down until I have the cash for repairs? What should I expect to pay to have replaced and anyone know a shop in Tolland, CT area that will be reasonable.
Thanks for any thoughts on this.
Ok so I've gotten quotes from $300-$1000 to replace pinion bearings. What's a realistic price?
