Where is the best place for a PA speaker?

I'm adding a PA speaker to my 2013 JK so that I can be more obnoxious this year when I pull a parade float.

I've already got a CB with a 7-Watt PA output, and I just found a 5" bullhorn weatherproof speaker at West Marine for like $35.

Where is a good place to put the speaker?

The engine bay in the JKs don't have all that much extra space, especially considering that I'm planning on putting onboard air (no tank) and dual battery in there sometime...

I like it, but not sure where that horn would go. Perhaps you could make a magnet mount so you can slap it on the hood when you need it? You might look around behind the bumper.

7 Watts of output isn't much at all. I'd vote for the temporary outside mount. Anything under the hood will get drowned out and attenuated by engine noise.

Yah, I've got an sPOD and dual batteries in the engine compartment, so I mounted my PA speaker down underneath, next to the rear passenger-side shock. Seems it would be less muffled down there as well, compared to being in the engine compartment.
