I need to remove my old muffler as it is now hitting my rear sway bar since I relocated the shocks. I have a rear bumper with cutouts for lights, and I wonder if I'm crazy for thinking about having the exhaust dump out the light holes? Risk of CO in the cabin? Something I haven't thought of???
Your thoughts please.

That'd look pretty sweet. So long as the tips extend out slightly past the bumper it shouldn't be an issue with gases. Lots of cars do this already.

CO won't enter the cabin if you're dumping out the bumper. It won't even enter the cabin if you're dumping under the rear. If you want to do yourself a favor, have the tips come slightly out of the bumper just enough to make it a downpipe. That's overkill though.
