Planning a trip to Vegas on 17-21 July, We need trails

Like the title says we are coming up to Vegas for the weekend, and we are looking at either riding the bikes or bringing jeeps. We nee to know where some trails are near Vegas. Where are some good trails to go? Both of the jeeps are completely locked up, and have some skid plate protection. We are looking for black diamond trails or some challenging trails at best. Thanks for the help, :punk:

Rocky Gap (Potato Ridge) has a Rock Garden for some Crawling, this is located on the West Side of Red Rock National Park and dumps out over on the Pahrump side of the range. Angel Peak is a Climbing trail which tops out at an elevation of about 9000', this is part of the Mount Charleston Area and offers some amazing views of the valley.

Keep in mind that Vegas in July gets HOT, average Hi Temps exceed 110 deg.

Bring the Jeeps and Bikes, Bike in the early morning before it gets to hot and jeep up in the mountains in the afternoon to avoid the heat in the Valley.

Keep an eye on the Nevada Thread as you get closer to your trip, we are always posting trail rides that you may be interested in joining. They are very loose groups and everyone is welcome to join in!

There's also burro wash, there's some rock garden areas and it's a little difficult to climb back out.
