I just put in the 4 in currie lift on my TJ. I went with the Bilstein 5100's.. Love the ride and lift.

OME, because they're yellow.

Where are you guys getting the Currie lifts. Do they sell through a dealer?

Jerry Bransford 07-02-2013 01:27 PM

A couple good shock choices include the OME Nitrocharger, Bilstein 5100, or Rancho 9000xl which has 9 stiffness settings to choose from. A good source of discounted Currie parts and suspension systems would be Savvy Offroad

Fox nitros or Bilsteins.

Another vote for Bilstein 5100

WVU Mountainman 07-02-2013 03:02 PM

Bilstein 5100's

Rubicon06Va 07-02-2013 04:12 PM

Bilstein 5100 and price is reasonable!

l2abbit 07-02-2013 04:13 PM

Fox

Nashorn101 07-02-2013 04:21 PM

BDS. They're the best bang for your buck and are made in the US!

If you list your budget you could get more accurate answers rather than all our opinions :thumb:

Fox has some VERY smooth shocks from entry level all the way up to big boy units.

Would like to keep it under $500 shipped.

Bilstein 5100, and Top Gun Customz usually has them for $278 a set.

If you go with the rancho rs9000xls they have 9 settings so you can decide how form or soft you want them..

I have them and love them with a 4 up front (to compensate four winch/bumper) and a 3 in the back..
