2013 rubicon wheel weights balance issues

Long story short. Bought wheels, vibration at 60mph. Took them to Americas tire rebalanced off 2 to 3 oz. Wheels have 1k miles. Two tires have 5.25 oz of weights the other two has less than 1.5oz. The tires had alot of weight prior to taking them in today. Can factory rim and tires need that much weight??

It's a heavy tire, extra weight is definitely normal to get it within spec.

I'm not sure if its the wheels or the tires but my wifes new rubi had as much as 10.5oz and as little as 2oz on the stock wheel tire combo.

Right on then, ill consider it normal. Thanks for the replies. I might take off the worse tire and replace with my spare. With my luck I will be dragged back in the dirt. Ha

just rotate it thru when it is time to rotate. having less the 6 ounces of weight on a tire does not hurt anything. I have 10 ounces on one of mine and it gets rotated in the rotation just like the others and never any issues with wear or vibration or shimmy. I regularly drive 75-80mph for exteneded periods of time.
