New to Forum in need of help!

I have a 2005 Wrangler TJ 4.0L, 6-speed with about 127K on it, getting a very very notable vibration from 10-18 or so mph and it happens with or without the clutch engaged. Had my uncle who is a mechanic just do a transmission mount on the vehicle and while he had it on the lift and said the vibration when he leaves it in first idling is very notable, he took out the drive shaft to check make sure it wasnt bound up or anything, his concern was that whatever it is possibly broke the transmission mount. not sure if anyone had any speculations? I would greatly appreciate any help possible.

Is there any lift on the jeep?

Vehicle is completely stock, only thing after market is a few O2 sensors, no lift and standard size rim and tire package.

the vibration is constant and comes through the shifter and the pedals, I am also getting some form of a rattling noise that sounds like its in the drive line, its not brakes or anything simple like that, and it is worse in 2 wheel drive then 4 wheel drive.... anyone any ideas please? Wasnt sure if anyone had any similar issues so I at least have a place to start, whether it be the gearbox or transfer case, I had considered it being a throwout bearing in the transmission because of the rattling noise but dont want to do a clutch if I dont have to, its not slipping or popping out of gear or shifting chunky so I am hoping its not a transmission problem. Thank you in advance!

Check front axle shafts and outer u-joints my jeep was doing something like that replaced u-joints but just throwing it out there...
