Newbie Needs Help!
Hey guys, turned 18 a few months ago and bought my first Wrangler. Got an 04 TJ SE with 98k on it. So my first question would be how would running 33x12.5or13.5 on 15x10 rims with 2.5" BS look? I am going for a wide stance. And how much would that stick out from of a stock fender?

U runnin stock suspension?

joshrylant 07-13-2013 05:20 AM

I'm runnin 33x12.50 on 16x9 wheels, stock fenders, 4in suspension lift and no back spacers. It looks pretty beefy. I'm gonna get wider fenders. Call's for 7" but i'm like u, i think that bulldog look is awesome!

I'm assuming 2.5 BS means body spacer?

I'm thinking he/she meant 2.5" BDS (suspension lift) ??

I think he means 2.5" backspacing

yeah, my guess is he means backspace...

and if you're on a stock suspension, you wont be able to fit those 33's on'll need to add a 2" budget boost (the cheaper/not ideal option) or a 3" suspension lift.

sorry guys been working all day, but i was saying 2.5" backspace with a 1.5" spacer. and im doing a 2" body lift. then when i get some money a 4" suspension. sadly my timing belt broke yesterday so my cars in the shop till monday. so far ive bought a Smittybilt SRC front bumper with 4 KCs, cargo net, rear cargo cover, wind breaker, brieftop, Pro Comp Rock Crawler 52s 15x10 2.5" BS, 1.5" spacers, d rings, tinted the windows. when i get it back im putting all this on aswell as removing the rear seats and soft top.
