Jeep wont start
A while back i had a problem starting my jeep and it ended up being the starter. I got it tapped and drove it to a place where i got a brand new one. Here i am 2 months down the road and not even 1000 miles later. Same problem. Same symtpoms as the starter but i tapped it and nothing. Wont start. What could be the issue? All dash lights and radio come on. It just doesnt turn over but i have a brand new starter??

If your starter has a bendix, that could be the problem.

The bendix is the part that, when you turn the key, shoves a small gear into the starter to get the starter to turn.

From what I have seen, the bendix is usually attached to the side of the starter.

Try tapping (CAREFULLY) on the bendix, instead of the starter.
Also, ensure that the bendix is securely attached to the starter. If it is loose, then it will not fully engage the starter, and the starter will not start your vehicle.

Here is a picture of a Jeep starter. The part in the red circle is the bendix.

Ya the bendix is what i tried tapping. Its secured nice and tight. Tapping it did nothing. Even tapped it on the screws out front and it sparked up. Still no start. Heres a few shots. Is there a special place to tap or method i should try?

No special place to tap.

You might try unbolting the bendix from the starter. (Usually just 2 bolts.)
Then re-attaching it.

It might be a case of the bendix gear getting hung on the starter gear.
If this is the case, then once you pull it from the starter and reinstall it, the gear should be in line with the starter gear again.

Let me know if this helps.

Should i disconnect the battery when undoing starter?

If you can get to the bendix without having to remove the starter, then don't remove the starter, just the bendix.

In either case, disconnect the battery.

Before you do that, check to see that all cables to the starter and/or bendix are tight. Really tight.
If not, that could be your problem, as well.

Ok i cant get that thing off. The two bolts are on there good and in a spot thats nearly impossible to get out. Im about to call the place that installed it and have them fix it.

I'm sorry that I wasn't able to help.
Once they find out what the problem was, post it here.
I am curious as to what it is.

Autozone didnt have it in stock but it was 3.99. Drove to advanced auto and they had it for 14.99. I said hand it over ill take it. Plugged in and it works. Only thing was it was shaped like a seat with this plastic thing on it so the box wouldnt close so i broke that useless plastic thing off to close it. Works great. Dont worry about it, thanks again for quick replies trying to help out.
