Poly Door Hinge Bushings

Magnitude Engineering's premium line of replacement bushings for Jeep Wrangler door hinges will allow you to replace your deteriorated, worn out, or missing OEM bushings with ease. Whether you are trying eliminate unsightly rust, compensate for years of wear, fix that door that won't latch properly, or prevent potentially damaging leaks due to door misalignment; replacing your bushings is the simplest and most cost effective way to improve the appearance and operation of your door.

Simply remove the old bushings if necessary and insert new ones in their place without the extra time and expense of purchasing new hinges, removing the old ones, prepping and painting, or aligning. As opposed to replacing your hinges, replacing only your bushing minimizes the risk stripping a screw or damaging paint.

Magnitude Engineering's premium replacement bushings are precision machined from high lubricity DelrinŽ bar. They firmly support loads in both the radial and axial directions due to their full length barrel and flange. Because of the self-lubricating nature of the material, these bushings do not require additional lubrication. Unlike OEM bushings that are roll-formed from flat sheets of laminated material, these solid bushings will not flake apart or delaminate.

Just have to say, I have a 3-month old brand new off the lot JKU, and I got these and put them on at ~1k miles. I was blown away by not only how already distressed the original bushings were, but how awesome the delrin ones are from you guys. I've already told everyone I know to order them. Best insurance possible to not have rust nor stuck doors. And maintenance free.

One question I had that I couldn't find, but do you guys have a possible idea of the lifespan of them? Just curious if you've tested them at all.

I have the same questions... I had their pins and bushings on my TJ and they were AWESOME! Just trying to figure out if its worth it to put them on my new 2014.

I am curious as to what the realistic lifespan is for the delrin
